You will play an important role in the following:
- Responsible for managing and developing new existing and new customers.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, reporting and adjust goals as needed.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members.
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners and end users.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
- To identify new business opportunities, requirements and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field / Certificate in Sales, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a related industry
- Able to communicate efficiently in Malay and English
- Possess own vehicle and must be able to travel outstation within a state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment.
