Job Scope:
CRM Programme
· Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
· Provide monthly CRM and performance updates to all key internal stakeholders
· Ensure that all customer marketing communications are compliant.
SalesForce CRM platform:
· Manage and monitor daily requests, issues and escalations with agencies and customers
· Manage daily support, troubleshoot and maintenance of Salesforce
· Manage CMS system for development of webpages
· Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions and workflow
· Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
· Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, Audi AG, agencies and dealer
· Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Events and Privileges:
· Implement and manage timelines, contracts and communication with partners and internal stakeholders
· Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
· Develop strategy, liaise and manage the content topics and timelines for eNewsletters
· Ensure all corporate guidelines are followed
Events
· Support and coordinate event requirements including planning, onsite event management and post event wrap up.
· Manage logistics, inventory, event talents and vendors
· Maintain digital inventory list and process of inventory flow
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all needs relating to functionality and performance are met
· Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
· Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
· Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing
· Experience in using SalesForce CRM platform is good to have
· Experience in experiential marketing
· Self-motivated and highly creative
· Good communications skills in liaising with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors and dealer
· Able to manage tasks and duties independently and at the same time be a good team player
· Results driven; strive to make a difference and enjoys challenges
· Good writing and presentation skills
· Time management and communication skills
· Able to multi-task, detailed-oriented and analytical in resolving problems
Additional Information:
· Start Date: Immediate or 1-month notice
· Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
· Contract Duration: 6+6 month, with 1-month completion bonus
· Location: Aperia, Lavender MRT + on-site event
