As the Director of Luxury Hotel and Residences Sales for Minor Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the luxury segment across all Minor Hotels properties. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Development:

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to effectively promote and sell luxury hotel properties.

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

The incumbent is a key member of the Food & Beverage Marketing to drive and execute the Food and Beverage (F&B) Marketing Strategy for designated properties/business entities.
The position will report to the Cluster Director of MARCOM.  Key responsibilities will include engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute all related F&B marketing initiatives that will ultimately drive F&B revenue. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. This position will work closely with other departments within the Cluster (e.g., F&B Operations, F&B Sales, F&B Digital Marketing, F&B Social Media, MARCOM & PR, etc.) and with senior leadership.

This newly established position will be responsible for spearheading the implementation and execution of sales strategies across Victoria and New South Wales. Responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, this role will oversee global and regional customer database growth while ensuring GDPR compliance.

This position will coordinate guest profile data solutions within the CRM database, working collaboratively across departments. The successful candidate will drive data-driven campaign strategies, establish clear reporting processes, and deliver KPIs and ROIs. Additionally, they will monitor emerging digital marketing technologies to advise on potential benefits.
 

Campaign Management and Execution: Lead the development and execution of impactful, omni-channel Global and Regional marketing campaigns. Utilize internal resources and external specialists to craft and deploy campaign concepts across diverse channels. This role holds accountability for planning, executing, and reporting on all brand campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Implementation of Campaign Strategy: Oversee the implementation of highly personalized, multi-channel campaigns while continuously enhancing individual channel strategies, dynamic content, and guest journeys. Actively contribute to shaping ongoing digital marketing and CRM strategies, including the development of automated and non-automated campaign schedules. The Director of Sales – Spa & Wellness is responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining a loyal client base, leading all sales activities for Minor’s portfolio of spa and wellness brands, and achieving revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Liaise with global sales teams, clinic directors, and property sales teams to define and execute global sales strategies for targeted markets.
• Business Development: Identify and attend international trade shows, sales trips and industry functions to actively promote Minor’s spa and wellness brands, and facilitate inspection visits for travel agents, tour operators, specialist agents and other key clients.
• Business Analysis: Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of all sales initiatives, adjust with the market needs and realize areas of improvement in the sales strategy.
• Sales Reporting: Develop, execute, and report on monthly sales activity plan.
• Annual Budgeting: Works with corporate spa, property, and clinic teams on annual budgets to ensure proper pricing, segmentation, and resources for execution of sales strategy.
