1. Research and develop travel itinerary and package for targeted destination and traveller market
2. Draft package content in required format and languages (English, Chinese, Malay)
3. Publish package in website and social media platform
4. Plan and organise the distribution and marketing process
5. Maintain/update the product content when necessary
6. Conduct a new tour package briefing for internal team
7. Manage external team of writer for itinerary writing.
Requirements:
1. Possess a recognized degree of Marketing / Business / Tourism or any other professional or at least 3-5 years’ experience in tourism industry will be advantages
2. Good research skill and experience in setting up tour packages
3. Having strong connection with local and oversea tour operators, preferably in Asia region.
4. Tour guide or tour leader background is a plus but not essential
5. Able to communicate (read, write and speak) in English, Bahasa and Chinese
6. Detail oriented person
7. Creative in setting up tour itinerary and tour package

Buckingham House is a purpose-built Care Home providing caregiving for nursing, residential and dementia residents by well-trained and well-led carers and nurses. The head chef who won MMCG Masterchef of the year, has developed a seasonal menu to suit all palettes, and promote choice. She meets with the people living at the home to hear their requirements and this is reflected in her menu. Looking at ways to engage with the people that live at the home in a meaningful way is important to the activities coordinator. The people living at the home are invited to participate in clubs such as gardening, baking, maintenance facilitated by the staff of the home. She also has engaged with the community having local Zumba, Tai Chi, Music for therapy companies attend the home. In Housekeeping, you’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. You’ll also be working in laundry ensuring residents’ clothing and the home’s laundry are kept clean.
You’ll also support the Head Chef and their team in the kitchens to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home. You’ll prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard for our residents and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times.
Working in Food & Beverage you’ll welcome residents in, explain menu choices in a clear, concise way, serve food from the kitchen and take pride in keeping the dining room spotlessly clean. You’ll reset tables, tidy work areas and prepare the food service areas for the next service.

The experienced management team at Pinewood, led by the resident Head of Home, ensures that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
