Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and recommend potential sites and properties for expansion, working closely with the Business Development Manager.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on neighbourhood demographics and trade area mapping to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of expansion initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Utilize financial forecasting skills to assess the financial viability of new outlets, including projecting profit and loss statements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and determining breakeven points and return on investment.
• Manage tenancies and contracts, including arranging site surveys and submission packages.
• Develop and execute leasing renewal strategies, negotiating tenancy terms with landlords to secure favorable agreements in the best interest of the company.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee the facilitation of our store mapping system, ensuring the accuracy.
