Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
• Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lên lịch và ghi lại các chương trình bảo trì theo kế hoạch và ngoài kế hoạch cho các hệ thống khác nhau (không giới hạn) như sau: Điều hòa không khí & điện, điện lạnh, thiết bị FLS, bảo trì tòa nhà bao gồm đồ nội thất & đồ đạc, sơn, thay mới và sửa chữa bộ phận, thiết bị nhà bếp và giặt là, điện áp thấp (LV), phòng khách, các nhà hàng, khu vực chức năng/tiệc, trước/sau tòa nhà, hệ thống ống nước và thoát nước

• Giám sát và cung cấp phản hồi mang tính xây dựng cho tất cả các thành viên trong nhóm để đảm bảo thực hành công việc an toàn, vận hành hiệu quả, bảo trì và sửa chữa phòng ngừa thích hợp cho thiết bị

• Đảm bảo rằng việc bảo trì và sửa chữa do nhà thầu thực hiện được thực hiện theo chính sách, hợp đồng, phí hoặc lệ phí đã thỏa thuận về sức khỏe và an toàn

• Rà soát quy trình công việc và đề xuất cho Kỹ sư trưởng những cải tiến có thể có để tăng hiệu quả

Quản lý bộ phận

• Xác định và phát triển các thành viên nhóm có tiềm năng

• Thường xuyên theo dõi ngoại hình, thái độ và mức độ chuyên nghiệp của các thành viên trong nhóm

• Xây dựng, thực hiện duy trì tất cả các chương trình đào tạo nhân viên cho các thành viên trong nhóm, tập trung vào nhu cầu phát triển của họ, cung cấp cho họ những kỹ năng mới để đáp ứng nhu cầu luôn thay đổi của doanh nghiệp
