Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in international business management, particularly in the tourism sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both domestically and internationally.

The Role

As a member of the school management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the successful planning, implementation and delivery of all aspects of the Hospitality, Travel and Tourism curriculum and commercial activity. Working across a range of departments including Housekeeping, Kitchen and Food & Beverage our Hospitality Assistants will provide a first class service to help us to deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

From our exceptional dining experiences to our luxurious environment, our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for the upkeep of the non-clinical areas of our home.

Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.

In Housekeeping, you’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. You’ll also be working in laundry ensuring residents’ clothing and the home’s laundry are kept clean.

You’ll also support the Head Chef and their team in the kitchens to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home. Working across a range of departments including Housekeeping, Kitchen and Food & Beverage our Hospitality Assistants will provide a first class service to help us to deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

From our exceptional dining experiences to our luxurious environment, our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for the upkeep of the non-clinical areas of our home.

Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.

In Housekeeping, you’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. You’ll also be working in laundry ensuring residents’ clothing and the home’s laundry are kept clean.

You’ll also support the Head Chef and their team in the kitchens to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home. You’ll prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard for our residents and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times.

ABOUT THE HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR ROLE
You will be responsible for maintaining the 5* hospitality within the home. You will be assisting in creating a caring, homely environment for our residents and supervising a team of Housekeepers & Front of House staff to ensure they are delivering a 5* customer experience & maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
Within your role as Hospitality Supervisor, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Here are some of the responsibilities:

Recruit, manage and supervise your team of hardworking colleagues consisting of our front of house and housekeepers to achieve and maintain 5-star standards.
Help new colleagues through the induction process and complete all areas to the highest standard
Undertake staff supervisions and appraisals
Maintain 5-star standard of cleanliness in all areas of Home
Responsible for the front of house team to deliver excellent dining experience for our residents
Build and maintain working relationships with Managers and colleagues, care and non-care
Responsible for ordering monthly stock for the home, ensuring the home is adequately stocked with the correct chemicals, PPE and within budget.

ABOUT YOU
You will be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills whilst sharing our family caring values:

Have experience in a previous hospitality role
At least 1 years’ experience as a Hospitality Lead or a similar management role in hospitality
Accuracy & attention to detail
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A creative & innovative approach to work
Knowledge or understanding of COSHH and safe working practices
Have a can-do attitude with drive & self-motivation
Knowledge or understanding of the care sector would be an advantage
